Placement of accounts with TPC is as easy and convenient as you would like it to be. Here are a few tried and true methods that have worked for many clients.

Mail or Courier Service:

Used by many of our clients, this is as simple as dropping a copy of the customer's contract and contact information , along with the outstanding balance, into an envelope and forwarding it to TPC. Upon receipt and entry in our database, a new business report is generated and sent back to you to acknowledge your placement, to verify that the correct information and balance has been received.

Facsimile or Telephone:

Fax business placement is used by some of or clients who place very steadily, but usually in very small numbers. As with all new business placed with TPC, upon receipt and entry in our database, an acknowledgement of new business report is generated and sent back to you to verify the correct information and balance has been placed for collection.

Electronic Data Transfer:

Used by most high volume placement clients. This is probably the most efficient means of providing TPC with the information needed to resolve your outstanding debt. If your program can output a fixed length, delimited database file, we can use the data to create a file that can be imported into our system. With system upgrades constantly in the works at TPC, the ability to import an even wider variety of file types, including Microsoft Excel files, are also avalible.
